# Terms and Conditions for the Wanda Zeler Course Platform

## 1. Service provider details

1. The service provider and seller of online courses is: **[COMPANY NAME / FULL NAME]**.

6. These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using the course platform, creating an account, purchasing online courses, accessing digital content and submitting complaints.

## 2. Definitions

1. **Platform** means the website available at **[WEBSITE URL]**, through which the Service Provider sells online courses and provides educational materials.
2. **Customer** means a natural person, legal person or organisational unit purchasing or using the Platform.
3. **Consumer** means a natural person entering into a legal transaction that is not directly connected with their business or professional activity.
4. **Account** means the Customer’s individual panel on the Platform, enabling access to purchased courses, order history and user details.
5. **Course** means a paid online educational programme, including in particular video recordings, texts, files, exercises, audio materials or other digital content.
6. **Digital Content** means data produced and supplied in digital form, in particular course materials available on the Platform.
7. **Terms and Conditions** means this document.

## 3. Use of the Platform and user Account

1. Using the Platform requires a device with internet access, an up-to-date web browser and an active e-mail address.
2. Purchasing a Course may require creating an Account or providing data necessary to process the order.
3. The Customer agrees to provide true, current and complete data.
4. The Customer is responsible for keeping Account login details confidential and should not share them with third parties.
5. The Service Provider may temporarily restrict access to the Platform for technical, maintenance or security reasons, while seeking to minimise inconvenience to Customers.

## 4. Purchase of online Courses

1. Information about Courses, including price, scope of materials, access period and main Course features, is presented on the relevant Course page.
2. Prices are displayed in **[CURRENCY]** and include / exclude VAT as indicated during purchase: **[SELECT APPLICABLE OPTION]**.
3. An order is placed after selecting a Course, providing the required data, accepting these Terms and Conditions and making payment.
4. The agreement for the supply of Digital Content is concluded when the Platform confirms the order or when successful payment is received, depending on the store configuration: **[DESCRIBE FINAL MOMENT OF CONTRACT CONCLUSION]**.
5. The Service Provider sends purchase confirmation to the e-mail address provided by the Customer.

## 5. Stripe and PayPal payments

1. Payments on the Platform are handled by external payment operators, in particular Stripe and PayPal.
2. Available payment methods may include payment card, online payments, PayPal wallet or other methods provided by the operators.
3. Payment operators may apply their own terms and privacy policies.
4. The Service Provider does not store full payment card details.
5. If payment fails, the order may not be processed until successful payment is recorded.

## 6. Access to the Course after payment

1. After successful payment, the Customer receives access to the purchased Course in the Account.
2. Access to the Course is granted automatically or manually, depending on Platform configuration, promptly after payment confirmation.
3. The access period is **[ACCESS PERIOD, e.g. 12 months / lifetime / until date X]**, unless the Course description states otherwise.
4. The Customer may use the Course only for personal educational purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

## 7. Digital Content and consent to immediate access

1. Courses are Digital Content supplied online without a tangible medium.
2. If the Customer wants to access the Course before the withdrawal period expires, the Customer should expressly consent during purchase to the supply of Digital Content beginning before that period expires.
3. The Customer should also acknowledge that they may lose the right of withdrawal after the supply of Digital Content begins, where this follows from applicable law.
4. The Platform should record the Customer’s consents and provide confirmation on a durable medium, in particular in the e-mail confirming the purchase.

## 8. Right of withdrawal

1. As a rule, a Consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason, unless a statutory exception applies.
2. For Courses supplied as Digital Content, the Consumer may lose the right of withdrawal if:
   - the Consumer gave prior express consent to the supply of Digital Content beginning before the withdrawal period expired,
   - the Consumer was informed about losing the right of withdrawal,
   - the Service Provider provided confirmation of the contract and consents on a durable medium.
3. If Course access has not started in a way that causes the loss of the right of withdrawal, the Consumer may submit a withdrawal statement to **[EMAIL]**.
4. Refunds are made promptly and no later than within the period required by applicable law, using the same payment method unless the Customer expressly agrees to another method.

## 9. Complaints

1. The Customer may submit a complaint regarding the operation of the Platform, Course access, payments or conformity of Digital Content with the agreement.
2. Complaints may be submitted by e-mail to: **[COMPLAINTS EMAIL]**.
3. A complaint should include: full name, e-mail address, order number, description of the issue and expected solution.
4. The Service Provider reviews complaints within **[PERIOD, e.g. 14 days]** of receipt, unless applicable law requires a different period.
5. If Digital Content does not conform to the agreement, the Customer has rights under mandatory consumer protection laws.

## 10. Copyright and use of materials

1. All materials available in Courses, including recordings, texts, files, graphics, exercises and Course structure, are protected by copyright.
2. Purchasing a Course does not transfer copyright in the materials to the Customer.
3. The Customer receives non-exclusive, non-transferable access to the Course for personal educational use.
4. Copying, recording, distributing, selling, sharing with third parties or publishing Course materials without the Service Provider’s written consent is prohibited.
5. Breach of these rules may result in restricted access to the Course and claims by the Service Provider.

## 11. Educational nature and no guaranteed results

1. Courses are educational and personal development materials.
2. Materials available on the Platform do not constitute therapy, diagnosis, treatment, medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice.
3. Using the Courses does not replace consulting an appropriate specialist where the Customer’s situation requires it.
4. The Service Provider does not guarantee any specific personal, professional, financial, health or psychological results.
5. Results depend on the Customer’s individual situation, commitment, decisions, life circumstances and other factors outside the Service Provider’s control.

## 12. Personal data

1. Customers’ personal data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy available at: **[PRIVACY POLICY LINK]**.
2. Data may be processed to operate the Account, process orders, provide Courses, handle complaints, issue accounting documents and comply with legal obligations.
3. For online payments, data may be transferred to payment operators to the extent necessary to process the transaction.

3. Agreements concluded before an amendment are governed by the Terms and Conditions in force at the time of contract conclusion, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
4. Matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable law, in particular consumer protection rules and rules concerning the supply of digital content or digital services.
5. If the Customer is a Consumer, these Terms and Conditions do not limit any rights granted by mandatory provisions of law.

## Checkout implementation note

Before publication, configure the checkout with at least:

1. Terms and Conditions acceptance checkbox.
2. Checkbox: “I consent to the supply of digital content beginning before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.”
3. Checkbox: “I acknowledge that after the supply of digital content begins, I may lose my right of withdrawal.”
4. Purchase confirmation e-mail confirming the order, Course access, Terms and Conditions acceptance and the above consents.
